Established in 2004 under the Society Act No. 21 of 1860, passed by the U.P. Legislature and assented to by the Govt. of U.P. (India), ICSM is a unit of the Society of Computer Sciences and Management, located at Chitaipur, Chunar Road, Kandawa, Varanasi.
Our mission is to provide access to higher education for all segments of the population, particularly disadvantaged groups, such as those living in remote and rural areas. We aim to empower working professionals, homemakers, and adults seeking to upgrade their knowledge and skills.
In today's rapidly changing world, we recognize the importance of continuous learning and skill development. Therefore, we strive to promote the acquisition of knowledge, innovations, research, and discovery in all fields of human endeavor.

I am delighted to share with you a significant chapter of my life. In 2003, I wrote down a vision in my diary, which was a tribute to my parents and teachers. I dreamed of establishing an organization that would work in the field of education and social welfare.
Today, I am proud to say that my dream has become a reality. With the establishment of RAR Educational and Lokkalyan Trust, we have embarked on a new journey to make a meaningful contribution in the field of education and social welfare.
Our organization's mission is to achieve excellence in education and social welfare, and to bring about positive change in society.
I would like to express my gratitude to all my colleagues and supporters who have helped me turn my vision into reality. I am excited to work with you all and am committed to taking our organization to new heights.

- उस परमपिता परमेश्वर को कोटि-कोटि शीश नमन करता हूँ, जिसने सूरज, चाँद, तारे, जीव-जन्तु एवं सम्पूर्ण ब्रह्माण्ड को बनाया है, एवं उसका संचालन करता है। आपसे एक छोटी सी कृपा एवं दया दृष्टि की अभिलाषा है कि आपने जो सकारात्मक उर्जा एवं सत्कर्म का सृजन मेरे अन्दर किया है, वह इस शिक्षा मन्दिर में आने वाले समस्त दुख से पीड़ित प्राणियों में समाहित होवें,जिससे उनके अन्दर व्याप्त सम्पूर्ण अवगुणों से मुक्ति एवं सम्पूर्ण गुणों, से| युक्त होवें।

- मनुष्य की केवल दो जाति, मनुष्य केवल दो प्रकार के हैं- देवता और असुर | जिसके हृदय में दैवी सम्पद कार्य करती है वह देवता है जिसके हृदय में आसुरी सम्पद कार्य करती है वह असुर है | तीसरी कोई अन्य जाति सृष्टि में नहीं है |
